Official Rules for AYLA Boots New Year's Gift Swap
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Enter online after NOON ET, Jan. 6, 2008 through the AYLA GIFT SWAP button on www.AylaBoots.com. Entries must be received by NOON ET on Feb. 6, 2008. One entry per person. Stories shared must be based on factual information and actual events describing holiday gift giving disappointments which have taken place during the most previous holiday season named December 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007
2. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., 18 years of age and older, except the employees of Ayla Boots, founding sponsors, and members of their immediate families.
3. Three winners will be selected from all eligible entrants on or about February 10, 2008 based on impact of gift giving story by the board of Ayla website editors. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by email on or about February 10, 2008. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
4. The winner will receive one pair of complimentary, in-stock, designer Ayla boots. Retail value should not exceed $200.00 US. Ayla Boots will cover shipping to the US Continental states only. Prizes will not be shipped to a PO Box.
5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed.
6. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification e-letter, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within fifteen days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Ayla Boots from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.
7. Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms may be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service and must be completed and expedited by the winner. Expenses not specifically provided for by Ayla Boots in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Ayla Boots reserves the right to modify or terminate this Contest or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early termination, Ayla Boots will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in the State of New York.
9. For winner's list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope after February 14, 2008 to: Ayla Boots, Gift Swap Winners List, Korey Buzzell, 12 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.
